Clinic Owner & Sport Physiotherapist (cert.)
Codi (MScPT 2007) works in inter-disciplinary, private practice and sporting environments. She is a Sport Physiotherapist (Cert.) and is passionate about restoring her patient’s function and participation in life, work and recreational activities. She has achieved Duke Vestibular Competency and has more than 10 years experience in Concussion Management.
Codi is a project team member for Physiotherapy Alberta’s Concussion Management: A Toolkit for Physiotherapists, and Alberta Health Service’s Pediatric Concussion Knowledge Topic, Working Group Member.
Her research experience includes UofA’s team Evaluating a Functional Testing Protocol for Assessing Balance Recovery at Return to Play following Adolescent Sport Related Concussion and with the Glen Sather Sports Medicine Clinic Interdisciplinary Complex Concussion Clinic: Evaluation of a Novel Model of Collaborative Care.
Codi spends time caring for athletes in hockey, gymnastics, soccer, rugby, football and curling. She a has a heart for youth athletics and injury prevention.
Family time is spent watching NCAA Division 1 Women’s Hockey and Track and Field events or Red Bull Crashed Ice events where her daughter and son compete in their respective sports.
